Frequently asked questions
A stylist's rate seems too low to me
Check their schedule before the calendar: a stylist declared present all day when they actually only work mornings will see their rate cut in half, even if their morning slots are all booked.
What does a flat line in the by-day chart mean?
The stylist was off that day, or the salon was closed.
How do I see a past week?
Use the arrows at the top of the page to navigate week by week; this week brings you straight back to the current week.
How do I quickly find a specific analysis?
Type what you're looking for — "loyalty", "payroll", "cancellations" — in the search bar, rather than browsing the whole grid.
Does the amount shown include social security contributions?
No, it's a gross commission amount: contributions and the rest of the salary don't enter into this calculation.
Actual is well below planned, has an employee missed hours?
Not necessarily: it's usually a quiet spell, not an absence.
