Before you change anything
I am already on Planity or Treatwell. Do I have to leave it all behind?
No, and that is by design. Your website can point to the booking page you already use: the client clicks “Book an appointment” and lands on Planity, Treatwell or the tool of your choice. Your calendar does not move, and neither do your habits.
You decide yourself, from your dashboard, what that button does: our built-in calendar, the service you use today, a phone call, or no button at all. And you can change it whenever you want.
I already have a website. What does that change?
You keep your domain name and point it to the new website — your clients type the same address and land on the new one. Nothing to buy again, nothing to reprint.
If you do not have a domain name yet, you can register one from your dashboard. It is bought and held in YOUR name, not in ours.
I know nothing about computers.
There is nothing to install and not a single line of code. You answer a few questions — the name of the salon, your opening hours, your services — and the website builds itself as you type. After that, everything is changed from one single screen, much like writing a message.
Money, straight up
How much does it really cost?
Two plans, after 30 free days with no commitment: €19,90 per month if you look after your website yourself, €29,90 per month if our team builds it and looks after it. The software is the same in both cases — no set-up fee, and no commission on your appointments, neither on a new client nor on a regular.
Two things are not included: the SMS credits, charged separately if you send reminders by text, and the domain name, whose price depends on the extension you choose.
Do you ask for my bank card to try it?
No. The 30-day trial starts without a bank card and stops by itself: if you do nothing at the end of the 30 days, nothing is charged to you.
And if I stop? Do I lose my website and my clients?
You cancel at any time from your dashboard, in two clicks, with no notice period and no reason to give. Your content can still be exported for 30 days after cancellation, and your domain name stays yours: you take it with you.
To be exact: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and the month under way is not refunded.
Your clients, your work
Are you going to canvass my clients?
No. Your client records are yours: we do not sell them on, we do not use them for our own advertising, and we send nothing to your clients in our name. The messages that leave your salon carry the name of your salon, not ours.
Will my clients see other salons next to mine?
On your website, never: it shows only your salon, and nobody can appear next to your booking button or pick up a client who came for you. On the Buiiild marketplace, your listing shows neither compared prices nor "other establishments".
Will people find me on Google?
The website is built to be read by Google: clean addresses, titles and descriptions filled in, a salon listing, fast loading, readable on a phone. You fill in your own text from your dashboard.
No serious provider can promise you a precise position in the results — that depends on your city, on your competition and on time. Be wary of anyone who guarantees you the first page.

How long does it take to be online?
The website is visible as soon as you reach the end of the creation process. Really filling it in — your photos, your services, your text — usually takes an evening, and nothing forces you to do it all in one go.
Will my website look like the one of the salon next door?
