How SMS are charged
Emails are included. SMS are bought as credits, depending on what you send: credits never expire and nothing is charged unless you buy them. Some competitors include a monthly SMS allowance in their subscription; we would rather you only pay for what you send.

Does the SMS show my salon's name?
Yes, the sender is your salon's name, within the rules of each country's carriers.
Can I send emails only?
Yes. Email reminders are included; you switch on SMS only if you want to.
