General terms of use and sale

1. Purpose

Buiiild, published by DENIM, is an online service that allows a salon to create and manage its website: a public site (front office) and a management workspace (back office), including hosting, security and updates. The service is intended for professionals.

2. Account

Creating an account requires accurate information and a valid e-mail address, confirmed by a code. Credentials are personal; the client is responsible for keeping them confidential and for the actions carried out from the account.

3. Free trial

Each new site benefits from a free 30-day trial, with no bank card. At the end of the trial, without a subscription, the public site is paused — nothing is deleted and the management workspace remains accessible in order to subscribe.

4. Subscription and prices

The service is offered on a monthly subscription, with no commitment, according to the plan chosen and at the price displayed on buiiild.com on the day of subscription. The plans give access to the same software features; they differ in the services provided by our team (setting up and following up the site, dedicated contact person, priority support). Payment is processed by Stripe. Invoices are available from the management workspace. The price may change; any change is notified at least 30 days before it applies.

5. Termination

The client may terminate at any time from the workspace, in two clicks. Termination takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no pro rata refund. In the event of non-payment, the public site may be suspended after a reminder.

6. Client content

The client remains the owner of the content it publishes and warrants that it holds the necessary rights (texts, photos, videos, reviews). Unlawful or misleading content, or content infringing third-party rights, is prohibited. DENIM may remove manifestly unlawful content and, in the event of a serious breach, suspend the account after a formal notice has remained without effect.

7. Availability

DENIM implements reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the service (monitoring, daily backups) without guaranteeing absolute availability: brief interruptions may occur for maintenance or in cases of force majeure.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. The liability of DENIM is limited to proven direct damage and may not exceed the amounts paid by the client over the last twelve months. The client alone remains responsible for its business and for the information displayed on its site.

9. Data at the end of the contract

After termination, the client may request an export of its content for 30 days at [email protected]. After that, the data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the applicable mandatory provisions. Any dispute shall be brought, failing an amicable agreement, before the competent courts.
