The programme runs on its own at every till sale: the client accrues, and the reward announces itself once the threshold is reached — on the receipt, and in the appointment record.

The loyalty programme and its four tabs.
The loyalty programme and its four tabs.

Four tabs, four tools

  • The programme and its rules.
  • Treatment packages: sessions paid for in advance (ten blow-dries, five treatments), counted down at every visit.
  • Gift cards: their templates and their validity — the sale itself happens at the till.
  • Clients: the list of your clients with their balance.

Turning on the programme

Nothing accrues while the programme is off.
Nothing accrues while the programme is off.

This is the programme's switch. Set it up first, turn it on after: sales made before turning it on don't earn points retroactively.

Points or stamp card

Points or stamp card.
Points or stamp card.

Points track the amount spent; stamps count visits, whatever the receipt. Choose based on what you want to encourage: the basket, or the frequency.

What one visit earns

What one visit earns.

Set the reward first, then this figure: it's what decides how many visits it takes to reach it. Too generous, and the discount costs you at every visit; too stingy, and no one believes in it.

Frequently asked questions

A client has reached the reward, how do I use it?

At payment, the till offers the available reward: you apply it to the receipt in one click. It's also flagged in the appointment record.

Can I give points by hand?

Yes, from the clients tab: adjust a client's balance, with a reason, to make up for an oversight or as a gesture.
