An offer, a freed-up slot, a word to one specific person: here you write it yourself, and the message goes out in your salon's name.

Who you're writing to

One specific person, a list (your clients tagged VIP, Colour…), a calculated segment (loyal, inactive, birthdays…), or your whole client file at once. Clients who've opted out of messages are excluded automatically.
Your message
Write it normally. "{salon}" will be replaced with your salon's name when it's sent.
What the client will see

The preview shows the message exactly as it will arrive on the phone — sender's name included, and the legal notice added when it's a promotion.
One SMS, or two?
The counter updates with every letter typed. Past 160 characters, the message is billed double: you see this before sending, not on the invoice.
The total cost

Number of SMS multiplied by the number of recipients, and the balance you'll have left after sending. If credits are short, the button stays greyed out.
Sending
- Reread the preview: it's exactly what the client will receive.
- Click Send the SMS.
- A group send also asks for a confirmation with the figures: confirm it to actually launch the send.
A sent message can't be recalled — which is why it's worth rereading before clicking.
