What you have left
The first tile in the banner is your SMS balance. A little further along, Days left estimates how many days it can last at your current pace: enough time to top up before you run dry.
Topping up
- Choose a pack.
- Click Buy and pay by card.
- The credits are added as soon as payment is accepted, and the invoice is sent to you automatically.
They never expire.
The statement
Every purchase and every send, line by line, with the balance after each movement. Enough to check your usage without calling us.
Frequently asked questions
Does an SMS always cost one credit?
A message of 160 characters or less costs one credit; beyond that, two. An emoji lowers the limit to 70 characters. The counter tells you before you send.
What happens at zero?
Automatic SMS stop, automatic emails continue. Top up, and sends resume with the next appointment.
