What you have left
The first tile in the banner is your balance, in money. A little further along, Days left estimates how many days it can last at your current pace: enough time to top up before you run dry.
Topping up
- Choose an amount to top up.
- Click Buy and pay by card.
- The amount is credited as soon as payment is accepted, net of tax (see below), and the invoice is sent to you automatically.
This credit never expires. No number of SMS is promised at purchase: a message over 160 characters (70 with an emoji) counts double, and a send to another country is charged at its recipient's rate — a count promised in advance would be false.
What you pay in VAT
A box details your top-up: the tax-free amount credited to your balance, the VAT, and the total paid — based on your salon's country, the same rule as for your subscription.
The statement
Every top-up and every send, line by line, with the balance after each movement. A send that fails (network operator refusal) is refunded in full: you only pay for what actually goes out. Enough to check your usage without calling us.

How much does an SMS cost?
The price of an SMS depends on your salon's country: it's shown above the top-up grid, with four decimal places to stay accurate even on the lowest rates. A message over 160 characters (70 with an emoji) counts as two sends, so twice that price.
What happens at zero?
Automatic SMS stop, automatic emails continue. Top up, and sends resume with the next appointment.
Am I charged for a failed send?
No. A message that couldn't go out (network operator refusal) is refunded in full and appears in the statement.
