Preparing and handing over an order
The queue sorted by what's left to do, the order step by step — prepare, ready, handed over or shipped with tracking —, the picking slip, taking payment, the refund, the internal note.

Your orders, in working order
The queue is sorted by what's left to do, not by date: what's waiting for you comes first.

The tabs track progress. Search by number, by client name or email, and narrow it down to the last seven or thirty days. The line shows whether the client is picking up their bag or having it delivered, the number of items and the total. Click the number to process it.
Processing an order

The action column follows the order step by step:
- Prepare: the items to pull from the shelf. The picking slip prints from here.
- Announce it's ready: the client is notified by email or SMS, depending on your settings.
- Hand it to the client at pickup — or, for a shipment, enter the carrier and the tracking number.
The menu alongside opens the other cases, including cancellation.
What was ordered
Each item with its quantity and price, then the breakdown of totals just below: discount, delivery and VAT by rate.
Take payment or refund

The receipt issued, the credit notes already given, and the action to refund all or part of the order: you choose the items, you give a reason, and everything stays on record. An order paid online has reserved its stock: it's released on cancellation.
The internal note
A note for the team: a bag set aside, a client coming by on Thursday. The client never sees it.
Frequently asked questions
How does the client know their order is ready?
They're notified by email or SMS, depending on your settings, as soon as you move the order to the "ready" step.
What happens to the stock if I cancel an order paid online?
It's released immediately. The order had reserved its items when payment was confirmed; cancelling returns them to sale.
Does the client see the internal note I add to their order?
No, never. It's a note reserved for your team, to flag a bag set aside or a visit planned for a specific day.
How do I quickly find the orders waiting for action?
Open the first tab every morning: it's the one that sorts what's waiting for you, since the queue is ordered by what's left to do rather than by date.
