Reviews on your products

Reviews on your products: the rating that comes out of them.
Reviews on your products: the rating that comes out of them.

Nothing appears on your site before your decision: a review received waits to be published or set aside. The banner gives the average shown on your shop, the number of published reviews and what's still waiting. The tabs sort by status — to moderate, published, set aside — and the badge only lights up where a decision is waiting for you. Publish the review, set it aside with a reason, or reply publicly: your reply shows under the review, in the salon's name.

Baskets left behind

Abandoned baskets: what the follow-up brings in.
Abandoned baskets: what the follow-up brings in.

Seven visitors out of ten fill a basket and leave. This screen shows them to you, and your follow-ups go and find them on their own. "Recovered" counts baskets paid after being followed up — and the figure next to it, what they brought in: it's the only proof that counts.

Five statuses, five counters: never followed up, followed up, recovered, stopped… The first tab is the one to check in the morning. The Follow up button sends the next message right away, without waiting for the scheduled time; Stop closes the matter for that basket. The timing and the follow-up promo code are set in the shop's settings.

Who's waiting for your products

When an item is sold out, your clients leave their address on your site. They're notified automatically the day you restock it. The screen shows the number of people notified, those who then bought, and the revenue those orders brought in. The ranking of most-awaited products tells you what to order first from your supplier. A button lets you notify by hand, right away.

Frequently asked questions

Does a customer review appear automatically on my site?

No, nothing appears before your decision. Every review received waits to be published or set aside.

Can I reply publicly to a review?

Yes, your reply then shows under the review, in the salon's name, visible to all your visitors.

How do I know if my basket follow-ups are really paying off?

Look at "Recovered": this counter only counts baskets paid after a follow-up, and the figure next to it is what they brought in. It's the only proof that counts.

Is the client notified automatically when a sold-out product comes back?

Yes, as soon as you restock the product. A button also lets you notify by hand, right away, without waiting.
