With two-factor authentication, signing in requires your password and a six-digit code generated by an app on your phone. A stolen password is no longer enough.

Turn it on

  1. Install an authenticator app on your phone: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or the one built into your password manager.
  2. In your account, Two-factor authentication panel, click Turn on: a QR code appears.
  3. Scan it with the app: it adds "Buiiild" and shows a code that changes every thirty seconds.
  4. Enter the code shown to confirm. It's on.
  5. Write down your backup codes and keep them away from your phone. Each one only works once.

At every sign-in

After your password, the studio asks for the code from the app. Ten wrong attempts in fifteen minutes temporarily lock the sign-in: it's a protection, not a fault.

Lost or replaced phone

Use a backup code to get in, then turn two-factor authentication off and back on with your new phone. Without backup codes, write to us from another account at the salon or by email: we verify your identity before lifting the protection.
