This page is only about you: your photo, your name, your password. Salon information — address, hours, services — lives in "My site" and "Settings". You get there from the avatar, top right of the studio.

Your photo

It appears top right of the studio and signs the messages you send to your clients. A face is worth more than two initials: clients reply more readily.
Your sign-in address
It's what identifies you; it can't be changed from this page. Write to us from "Help & support" and we'll change it for you — it's a sensitive operation, it goes through us.
Your password
Change it here: the old one, the new one, twice. A password is never shared — everyone at the salon has their own account.
Your connected devices
The list of browsers and phones where your account is open. A device you don't recognise? Disconnect it from here, then change your password.
Frequently asked questions
How do I change my sign-in email address?
Not from this page. Write to us from Help & support: it's a sensitive operation, it goes through our team.
What should I do if I see a device I don't recognise?
Disconnect it immediately from the list, then change your password as a precaution.
How do I strengthen my account's security?
Turn on two-factor authentication: even with the password, no one gets in without your phone.
