Reading the occupancy rate
Are my chairs full? The occupancy rate today and over the week, by stylist, by day, and the trend over eight weeks.
In this article
This page answers a simple question: are my chairs full? By stylist, by day and by week.

Changing week
The arrows navigate week by week; this week brings you back to the current one.
The four figures

- Occupancy today: the share of your work time already booked today. The ring fills in with the rate.
- Occupancy this week: the same rate, calculated over the whole week shown — your salon's health indicator.
- Appointments this week: the total number of appointments not cancelled.
- Expected revenue: the sum of the week's services — what your calendar is worth, in euros.
By stylist

One bar per stylist: their rate over the week, their booked hours against their working hours, and their rate for the day. Ideal for balancing the team.
By day
Each stylist, day by day — today is highlighted. Hover over a column to read the detail; a flat line means rest or the salon is closed.
By week: the trend

Eight weeks at a glance. The thick line is the whole salon; the thin ones, each stylist. Move the mouse to compare weeks.
Frequently asked questions
A stylist's rate seems too low to me
Check their schedule before the calendar: a stylist declared present all day when they actually only work mornings will see their rate cut in half, even if their morning slots are all booked.
What does a flat line in the by-day chart mean?
The stylist was off that day, or the salon was closed.
How do I see a past week?
Use the arrows at the top of the page to navigate week by week; this week brings you straight back to the current week.
What's the point of the expected revenue, since it won't necessarily be collected?
It's the sum of the week's services, not the money already in the till: it shows what your calendar is worth if everything goes as planned, not counting any cancellations to come.
